Abstract:
This is a very rough data set showing the approximate area affected by ore concentrate spilled from a railroad car in Butte, Montana on or before 1/30/1990. There is a polygon showing the area affected by the spill and a point showing where the spill actually ocurred. The source document was a 1:3600 base map with the rough outline drawn on it by Greg Monger of CDM. The data were digitized by eyeball using the screen cursor.
